We are conveniently located just off of I-94 with easy access on and off. Without exception, our team members are dedicated and passionate educators that actively support one another.
We provide staff with 16 hours of on-site Professional Development each calendar year, as well as opportunities for off-site professional development, too! We have a staff lounge that includes a staff computer, microwave, daily fresh brewed coffee/tea, a stocked candy jar, a team self-care basket, and weekly treats. We participate in potlucks throughout the school year and enjoy celebrations as community goals are accomplished!

Full Time and Part Time Infant and Toddler Teaching Assistants
The ideal candidate will be a capable assistant that supports the teacher, prepares and maintains the environment, observes behaviors, models grace, and courtesy, and assists in the development of each child’s functional independence.
Classroom assistants work with the lead teacher to prepare and maintain an orderly, attractive, and joyful environment. Classroom assistants contribute to the warm, supportive, and calm atmosphere of our classrooms. They will need to be able to: continue maintaining an environment that is calm and warm, be reliable, great with parents, professional and dedicated.
Other Job Requirements:
- Criminal background check
- CPR, First Aid, and Blood-borne Pathogens training
- Must be 18 years of age
- Negative TB test
- Professional references and their current contact information are required
- Ability to sign a statement of faith
Extended Care team member from 11:15 a.m. - 6 p.m.
The ideal candidate will be a team member that enjoys children ages three through elementary! Our students take part in Extended Care if they nap daily or are in need of supervision after our school day concludes. The Extended Care team member will work alongside other staff to support the program, prepare and maintain the environment, observe behavior, model grace, and courtesy, and assists in the development of children’s functional independence.
Extended Care assistants work with the Head of School and Program Director to prepare and maintain an orderly, attractive, and joyful environment. Extended Care assistants contribute to the warm, supportive, and calm atmosphere of our community. The ideal candidate must be able to: continue maintaining an environment that is engaging, calm and warm, be reliable, be great with parents, be professional, think on their feet, and dedicated.
