Parent Testimonials
“We have four children who have thrived and continue to grow intellectually and spiritually because of their years at CMSAA! We started at the school of 2000 when moving form Illinois with our then 5 year old boy and 4 year old girl. Our children developed a love of learning and an ability to independently help care for themselves, others, and their environment! What an amazing quality to attain at such a young age? We have always said that “Montessori is a way of life!” We could not be more pleased…with a junior at Michigan State studying business, a sophomore at Michigan studying biomedical engineering, a sophomore in high school and a child in Children’s House…all continuing to build on their foundation at CMSAA!” -Lori
“My 7 year old daughter started at CMSAA just before her 3rd birthday. I cannot say enough about how blessed we feel to have found this school! The Montessori approach to learning and the Christian approach to character building have been the perfect blend to stimulate and challenge her academically, while also making sure that her soul is cultivated and enriched. She has truly blossomed through her interactions with the teachers, the children, and the Montessori materials. It’s been a wonderful experience!” -Nicole
“I still remember our first visit to CMSAA. We had visited several other Montessori schools already, all with good things to offer. And we found many of those same good things on our visit to CMSAA as well. But we also found something that set it apart: CMSAA students have a joy for learning that you can feel when you visit a classroom! Our son is now in his 4th year at CMSAA and we are so happy with the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth we’ve seen take place in him. But the glue that holds it all together is the joy. He truly loves learning and that’s something I believe is going to stick with him for the rest of his life.” -Karen
“Amazing school! My daughter has grown and learned so much in her three years here. Not only her academics are top notch; I have seen her develop her confidence and social skills tremendously. She loves her school and the teacher to student ratio can’t be beat!” -Marisa
“My husband and I moved to Dexter from Texas. One of the many good things about this move is that our daughter could attend CMSAA. Our nephews age 3 and 5 are students at the school. We had heard nothing but good things the whole time they’ve been enrolled. Our daughter started in the summer program when she was 16 months old. From the first day we were literally blown away by what she was learning. From toilet training, to setting the table, to cleaning up after herself; our baby was becoming an independent person at 16 months! It’s been such a joy to watch her development this year. She impresses us every day with the things she can do. We are so thankful to her wonderful teachers and all of the staff at CMSAA. We’ve also enjoyed learning more about the Montessori philosophy and have taken advantage of seminars offered by the school. We are thrilled that CMSAA will be adding a NIDO (infant) program this fall and have enrolled our new baby girl! We recommend the school to everyone we meet!” -Liz
