Meet The Team

CMSAA staff and teachers work as a team to create a unique environment based on respect and love for the child.

Our Montessori teachers include educators who have been trained through Montessori programs, including AMS and AMI programs, creating a rich Montessori community that builds on the strengths of both traditions. We have teaching staff that have been a part of the CMSAA community for nine years or longer, as well as teaching staff newer to CMSAA with a depth of various child care and teaching experience behind them. Each classroom has a minimum of one lead teacher that is Montessori certified for the specific level they are teaching.
